Dear Buyer,

In today's world, where we are all just trying to keep our heads above water, I, as a Real Estate Professional, am reaching out to you by asking for your business.  As we proceed together in our search to find you the perfect home, I commit myself to you in the following ways:

  • I promise to listen attentively to your wants and needs in a home, and I will strive to show you only the homes that meet your criteria so as not to waste your time.
  • I promise to make myself available to show you properties as often as possible, including evenings and weekends, if you are unavailable during regular business hours due to your work schedule.
  • I promise to do my very best in responding to your phone calls promptly if I am unavailable or with another customer at the time your are trying to reach me.
  • I promise to negotiate the best price and conditions when you have found a house that pleases you, and I will submit the offer immediately so as to enhance your chances of securing the desired property.
  • I promise to continue to assist you in any way that I possibly can even after we have a fully executed contract, so as to bring the transaction to a successful closing.
  • I promise to provide you with referrals at your request, for businesses and services that you will need in order to establish yourself in your new home and community.

In exchange for my long term commitment to you I am asking for your loyalty.  I do not ask you for a retainer's fee....but I do ask this:

  • Please remember that I can and should be your representative on any type of a home purchase, whether it is a Resale, or a New Construction, or a home that is for sale by the owner (FSBO).  I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and my job is to look out for your best interest.
  • Please carry a few of my business cards along with you at all times.  I understand that you may be out driving around scouring for nice neighborhoods, and you may come across a builder's sales office or model.  As soon as you enter please give them my card and tell them you are already working with an agent that you would like to have as your representative.  It does not cost you one cent as the builders add the realtor commission right into the price of the home, and you will pay the same price for the home regardless of whether you have representation or not.  The sales person on site is looking out for the builders best interest, Who is looking out for yours?
  • When you attend an open house and the listing agent or home owner greet you, please do the same under these circumstances and advise them immediately that you are working with an agent and present them with my card or at least give them my name.  Please note that I will not be able to help you in any way if you neglect to mention me at the very beginning of your initial meetings.
  • Last but not least, please don't accept another realtor's offers to show you the perfect home.  Remember all Realtors have access to the same listings in the Multiple Listings Service (MLS).  If my work ethics and professionalism have not disappointed you in the past, please consider the impact your actions will have on my compensation.

I dedicate myself to making your home purchase as stress free as possible and I am counting on your loyalty in order to receive the commission I will have earned.
